Not long ago in a galaxy not so far away,\u00a0 <\/a>I had the chance to photograph one of the “501 German Garrison”<\/a> Darth Vaders. That costume was a 100% true remake of the Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith<\/b><\/i> V<\/b>ader costume. The time was the costume was a 100% accurate version of Darth Vader in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope<\/b><\/i>. To be honest I was kind of excited as a big Star Wars fan, a new hope was the first film I ever saw at the\u00a0cinema as a kid. I also wanted to time this shoot for Star Wars celebration<\/a> this weekend<\/p>\n

Rene mostly needed detailed full body photos of the costume for use on line so most of the photos weren’t the usual experimental lighting that I have been doing all year (as part of my Monday project). But the good thing is he was also open to the idea of a few fun photos like Vader drinking a cup of Tea. <\/a><\/p>\n

Fellow lightGIANT<\/a> Thorsten<\/a> joined me for the shoot, and although we couldn’t shoot as long as planed we got some cool results<\/p>\n
